If you have known me for some time, you know that I am extremely passionate about my work (that it feels more like play); I am big on collaboration over competition, and I love to give back to causes that I care about.

My philosophy is simple. No matter which way you desire to work with me, I apply the four principles of SOUL, STRATEGY, SURRENDER and SYSTEMS (The Wheel of Sustainable Success™).
Here are three main ways, individually or combined, to work and play with me:
MARKETING
The first decade of my career was marketing-focused, particularly in the areas of diversity education, social justice and environmental awareness, food and beverage as well as coaching, training and personal growth.
EVENTS
I specialize in promoting products and services that are natural, organic, ethical and sustainable and that promote health, wellness, personal growth and transformation.
COACHING
I didn’t magically become the woman that I am today overnight. It took years. It took work. And love. And coaching.
